Job description

We have an immediate opportunity Washington, D.C. for Business Analyst

The ideal candidate must be familiar with facilities engineering including facilities technology from a functional and technical perspective. Must have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Must have Asset management best practices and procedures knowledge. Must have building information management system knowledge. Knowledge of rolling stock maintenance best practices preferred.

The ideal candidate must have expert level business system analysis and technical subject matter expertise experience on core technologies for large scale construction of Office Buildings, Service Buildings, or Stations. Should have the knowledge of how Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles. Must be Subject Matter Expertise and experience developing technical requirements and project documents for Engineering design, construction, deployment and integration of multiple technologies such as Network Engineering, Audio/Visual systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems, Cybersecurity. Must have Business analysis and documentation experience. Must have experience in Project Management Office (PMO) standards, processes and tools. Professional certifications for Business Analysts preferred. Must be based in DC or Philly with 25% to 50% travel to various Amtrak Facilities and future Facility locations.
