Mindbank Consulting Group currently has an urgent and immediate need for a Business Analyst.

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst with IT and Business system requirements experience with an aptitude for critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills. The position involves working with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements for a Staff Resume System. The application will serve as a repository of staff resumes, support proposal workflow processes and efficiently support staff member's ability to modify their resume in response to the needs expressed in a proposal. The system will enable the Business Development group to respond quickly and efficiently to client RFPs while managing modifications needed to resumes of staff being proposed in the RFP.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Work with IT Solution Collaboration team, business stakeholders and solution end users to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements
• Participate in solution selection process, including proposing and evaluating solution options
• Identify solution implementation approaches and task areas/activities
• Estimate costs and timelines

Business Analyst Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience working with business organizations, leading, and facilitating the collection of their business needs /requirements
• Analytical skills to break down complex problems, propose appropriate solutions, and provide risk assessment of solutions.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and group meeting facilitation, and brainstorming skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience implementing Organization Knowledge Management or staff experience systems
