Job Summary:
In this role, you will specialize in full-cycle business development. You will be responsible for bringing in new business and managing existing accounts to win new deals, repeat business, and additional sales opportunities. To ensure success in the business, you will need to exceed weekly KPIs, including heavy outbound calls to business leaders across your territory.
You will report to Mike Christ, Team Lead, and join a local team of 3, and a national team of more than 30 Executive Recruiters and Partners across the country.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should have 2+ years of professional experience. Prior executive search experience is preferred but will also consider candidates with a background in corporate talent acquisition, sales, or management consulting.
You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
