Change Management Consultant (Live Anywhere/ Fully Remote)

Tremendous opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the project to migrate onto our new portal and replace our APIs for our external business partners
• Operational Readiness Data/IT/Business change
• Developing reports
• Project manager
• Requirement gathering and documentation
• Define and drive key Change Management activities as well as ensure the business is ready to implement and adopt recent changes
• Manage critical stakeholders, assess business change impacts, build transition plans, complete business change readiness activities, and transform behaviors that will support the business through this transformation
• Facilitate workshops, analyze operational data and work closely with key stakeholders
• Define readiness criteria and approach, develop readiness assessment tools, track readiness and identify areas of support
• Support the development of robust transition plans for each release outlining the steps to deploy changes into the organization across the program
• Develop robust contingency procedures for how to mitigate/resolve business and system impacts in the case of a failed go-live into production
• Complete operational readiness preparation activities to ensure all working practices, procedures, policies, job aids, communications, operational reports, etc. are up to date and available pre-go live
• Provide guidance and support portal training and communication to help business partners, customers and end-users succeed
• Provide post-implementation support to the business and business partners to help them adopt the changes

This opportunity is a contract through February 28th with a potential option to extend one to two months. Live anywhere (as long as you can start work by 9:00 AM EST) and work 100% remotely.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of Change Management experience
• Experience with implementations
• Business Analyst experience
• Experience defining and driving key Change Management activities as well as ensuring the business is ready to implement and adopt new changes
• Experience assessing business change impacts, building transition plans, completing business change readiness activities, and transforming behaviors that will support the business through this transformation
• Experience facilitating workshops
• Self-starter with a great blend of technical understanding, drive, and interpersonal skills to get things done
• Consultative and collaborative personality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to start work each day at 9:00 AM EST
• Must be able to start within two weeks of accepting the offer
