Job description

Are you looking for a remote contract position that may lead to a long term support role? Our client is looking for someone now so that they can have everything in place to begin the Fit-Gap at the beginning of January 2022.

Our remote services client is looking for an eComp, Manager Self Service, and Fluid Position Management Consultant for a Fit-Gap which could then turn into a long support engagement, even after the Fit-Gap Analysis.

The client would like to perform a fit-gap to see if they can use a delivered functionality to replace some custom pages that are currently being used to do salary changes and position change requests. The client has not plans to move forward with ePerformance at this time.

The way the issue is handled now is that the end users key data onto pages, a paper change notice is printed/signed and forwarded to HR. HR then keys the information into either position data or job data. There are some feeds to payroll to load some lump sum amounts generated from the merit change notices. HR is looking to streamline this process to use an automated approval process and then have the data flow into either position data or job. This client just started a PeopleTools upgrade to 8.58 in HR so our candidate will be working around that project.
