Channel Sales Manager (Salt Lake City, UT Area)

Must be able to commute to Salt Lake City, UT Cisco office occasionally.

This is an exciting channel sales management role delivering Cisco solutions via distribution and Cisco certified partners. The role contains aspects of business development, sales enablement, and fulfillment not common to most channel roles; this is a challenging role and a great first step into sales with Cisco with a possible long-term career within a 'best in class' workplace environment. Webhelp is a global program partner in the small business space with Cisco.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience in IT (Channel) sales

- A commercially oriented, experienced business person (with a technical bent)

- A strong communicator with superior organizing abilities and a process-oriented work style

- Passionate about developing volume business through distributors (Disti) and partners

- A demonstrated team player who operates with integrity in search of common results

- Experience with Salesforce.com

Responsibilities:

- Manage a defined list of partners through their chosen Distributors

- Focus on assigned Territory revenue by monthly and quarterly results

- Influence Company Partner Led SB (Small Business) products (Designed) as Brand of Choice to partners

- Promote & communicate the Benefits of Company's SB Partner Programs and how to work with selected distribution partners

- Work with Distributors to develop joint partnerships and Cisco certifications and sales enablement

- Follow up regularly the Cisco led Distributor campaigns into joint-specific partners

- Promote Channel Activity with partners via events and preferred campaigns via Disti's (ex: Webinars)

- Meet regularly with Webhelp management re: issues, progress & performance
