__Position: Cloud ERP Program Manager ________________________________________

The Department of Technology Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This new system will replace the County's current system for processing, tracking and managing data for critical human resources, finance, and procurement transactions. This position will also manage staff on work related to the system's development, design, configuration, implementation, conversion, change management, communications, testing and integration with other applications.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary program manager for implementation of the Cloud ERP system, includes coordinating the work of the selected software vendor and the external integration firm;

• Liaising with and developing partnerships between DTS staff and the end user development staff from HRD and DMF to ensure mutual support and effective communications throughout the project lifecycle;

• Working with project sponsors, County leadership and staff, consultants and vendors to identify/define user requirements and design a solution to support the requirements;

• Developing project plans for all phases of the project and managing tasks and resources associated with each phase;

• Developing project timetables and tracking and reporting on project milestones and status to the Sponsor Committee;

• Managing organizational change management as a result of new business processes and the new Oracle system;

• Preparing and documenting requirements and scope of work to support the request for proposal (RFP) process for the initiative;

• Managing the project budget; and

• Assigning tasks and providing professional mentorship and guidance to team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral skills and must be highly flexible, self-disciplined, and a fast learner with the ability to make effective decisions.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• At least 10 years' experience as a Project Manager with medium to large scale, enterprise applications;

• Experience with Cloud ERP or Cloud HRMS (ideally Oracle Cloud);

• Significant understanding of budget, accounting, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, HR classification and other such business functions related to Finance and Human Resources;

• Experience working and communicating with various levels both within and outside an organization including top management, executive sponsor committees, technical IT staff, first-level end users;

• Demonstrated understanding of business concepts with the ability to present and sell complex technical solutions to senior management and to the user community at large;

• Experience with county government is a plus;

• PMP or PMI certification is a plus;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Master's degree is a plus
