Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Compensation Manager. This position will require direct work with firm leadership across all offices on total compensation packages, employee retention programs, and data analytics.

Essential duties include:

* Coordinate pay plan audits, market reviews, as well as budget analyses and recommends revisions
* Subject matter expert on relevant market data, compensation surveys, competitive compensation packages, and internal performance metrics
* Partners with firm leadership to conduct annual compensation review processes with firm management
* Design and assess incentive plans and provide oversight for recruitment packages
* Provide input into employee retention policies and practices and related firm-wide communication plans
* Partner with relevant departments to ensure employees understand compensation processes and outcomes and develop firm-wide communication plans
* Handle ad hoc HR data and analytics requests while working with existing systems to create dashboards and reports, as needed
* Develop and deliver training on compensation plans, processes and best practices
* Collaborate with relevant departments and survey personnel on competitive total compensation offerings
* Create and deliver presentations on employee retention programs, policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field, plus five years of human resources experience required with specific background in professional services compensation.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of various types of technology with advanced Microsoft Excel skills a must. Knowledge of SecureSheet, Kronos, and/or Avature, a plus. Should be able to perform each duty satisfactorily with attention to detail. Excellent client service and a business mind-set are expected.
