Qualifications:

Remote position. As part of the Global TA team, our U.S. Product Recruitment team is a highly collaborative group of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. In this contract role, you would primarily focus on supporting the Chief Product Officer's organization to help attract and retain talent across multiple functions, including Product Management, Design/UX, Payments, Sales including FX, Liquidity Solutions, Asset Management, Trade Finance, and Analytics. Recruiting experience in some of these functional areas, in particular product manager roles, is strongly preferred. · Recruitment experience in financial services, banking, FinTech, or Tech preferred · At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience · Experience negotiating complex offers · Consultative approach to recruitment · Possess strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, teams, and candidates · Proven ability to creatively solve unique hiring needs, attract passive candidates and build a diverse candidate pipeline · Generalist experience in HR, particularly with policies and procedures throughout the employment process to maintain compliance · Adept and comfortable with technology, including MS Office Suite, Zoom · Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Recruiting preferred) · Motivated to build teams and deliver exceptional candidate experience · Results-oriented and positive attitude · Growth mindset, agile thinking and approach · Client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude · Sound judgement and ability to maintain confidential information · Reliable, consistent and transparent style

Responsibilities:

Manages the end-to-end, full cycle recruitment process Sources, screens, interviews and hires both internal and external candidates. Pre-closes candidates and negotiates entry level to senior level offers. Creates and maintains a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, cold and warm calling, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues. Effectively partners with business leaders on all aspects of staffing. Supports the company's growth and business objectives; promotes the organization as the employer of choice and works directly with HR partners. Develops SVB business knowledge - having the ability to explain to candidates SVB's core business, key initiatives, culture, financials, etc. Partners with Sr. Management to develop staffing plans that support SVB's strategic initiatives. Performs additional duties and projects as necessary that supports SVB's business.
