Job Title: CORPORATE RECRUITER - 100% REMOTE (Pacific or Mountain Time Zone REQUIRED)

Job Type: Full Time

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience working in-house at a technology/product-led organization, hiring technical and non-technical professionals

· Demonstrated experience hiring top talent (this doesn't necessarily mean large well-known tech companies, any company that hires exceptional talent)

· Influence managers to recruit in line with diversity and inclusion goals

· Experience in utilizing data to improve productivity and efficiency

· Ability to successfully interact with executives, hiring managers, and candidates

· Experience with Greenhouse system is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to create a talent process that is streamlined across the organization

· Utilize creative recruiting resources to attract talent and continuously build pipeline

· Deliver end-to-end recruitment identifying, sourcing, and supporting hiring teams to select new team members using behavioral interviewing techniques

· Recruit for engineering and non-technical role; drive hiring across other functions as well (majority of roles you'll recruit will be based in the U.S.)

· Support and coach people managers in their hiring efforts

· Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
