100 % Remote (EST/CST preferred)

Qualifications:
• Education: Degree in quantitative analytics field (e.g., quantitative sciences, engineering, IT or MBA) a plus. • Candidate must have an analytical mindset • 3-5 years' experience as a Data Steward, Data Quality Analyst, or Business Analyst role. Familiarity with digital/marketing data and customer insights preferred! • Jr. level experience, however, knows data very well, knows how to pull and merge data from different sources • Experience with data analysis, data governance, data standards, business data modeling, metadata, data quality, and/or reporting processes and tools. • Experience with data design, data audit, data governance and IT a plus. • Experience working in Agile project management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence others and relay data/insights. • Experience in performance management metrics. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. • Knowledge of data sources, transformation rules, and use of the data for the area of stewardship • Requires a candidate for Data Stewardship with strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use / consumption, data quality review and maintenance, and stewardship. • Candidate must have an analytical mindset
Responsibilities:
The Data Steward will be the subject matter expert for web/analytics/digital data. You will be responsible for ensuring that data is managed and maintained according to the Business Process. In this important role the Data Steward will partner with business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization of operational information. The Data Steward will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure data input and quality execution. The Data Steward will support governance on all the types and forms of data and their associated libraries or repositories, assisting all data related activities. The responsibilities below are amongst the exciting responsibilities your position will entail: • SQL Data extraction • Power BI, Tableau, Big Query experience • Merge data • Build reports • Create dashboards • Governance-Lead management, maintenance, and governance of data standards. • Define standards for data to enable end to end data integration across systems. • Build an understanding and document the data flow, from its source to where it is reported and analyzed. • Manage the Strategic Dashboard process, feeding and quality analysis. • Manage new data initiatives and related projects by defining high-level business case, providing requirements, and tracking and prioritizing data projects within domain. • Manage confidentiality, given sensitivity of data being managed, defining data access permission plan, managing access requests, Process compliance / Change Management Monitoring data quality level, supporting data users as an expert of data in domain and ensuring compliance with SOP. • Work collaboratively with Center of Excellence, Business, and IT partners. • Provide consultative stewardship services to agile delivery teams and ensure enterprise data stewardship best practices. • Participate in internal data governance communities and represent the Digital Analytics and Innovation Team. • Data dictionary Contribute to the definition / validation of business definitions for data elements. • Identify need for and support data changes in Data Implement changes to business definitions related to Strategic Management and Business Process for Data Quality. Define quality rules for tender data within domain. Identify issues to remediate and prioritize when relevant. Inform Data Responsible on remediation actions and support. Oversee remediation of Data Quality issues.
