We are currently seeking a leadership role for our Valuation Advisory Data Center Specialty Practice as an Executive Vice President and National Practice Lead. This is a great career growth opportunity for highly motivated individuals looking to exercise their deep industry knowledge, relationships, and industry experience with one of the best and fastest growing brands in valuation advisory.

Ideal candidates include experienced professionals with five or more years of valuation and advisory experience looking to expand their career in a fast pace and collaborative environment, with a focus on data centers. Successful candidates will display business development and management acumen, strong analytic skills, and commitment to service excellence.

We provide a wide range of services including 3rd-party valuations, market & feasibility studies, underwriting due diligence, risk analysis, financial reporting, dispute resolutions and equity offerings.

Position: Executive Vice President and Data Center National Practice Lead

Preferred Locations: All major U.S. market locations will be considered

Responsibilities include:

* Manage national business operations and drive targeted growth initiatives for specialty practice

* Business development, manage and grow client relationships, attend conferences, and assist in developing market specific research publications

* Liaison with clients and team members to manage workflow and team production

* Working with VA leadership to deliver world class service and drive platform wide initiatives

* Provide mentoring and guidance to supporting team members

* Liaison with market leading JLL capital markets and research professionals

Requirements:

* Five or more years of real estate valuation experience, with core competency in data centers

* Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise & Microsoft Office applications

* Certified General Appraiser License, MAI preferred

* Four-year degree from accredited university; masters or advanced degree is a benefit

* Strong leadership skills with servient team approach

* Highly motivated and organized, self-starter and team player with obsessive attention to detail

* Commitment to professional growth and development of team

* Business development and client relationship management experience
