Position Summary The position of Diversity & Inclusion Senior Manager is a role established for the purpose of executing on the Firm's diversity and inclusion strategy and agenda. The post holder will provide D&I leadership and expertise within the Americas region, as well as facilitating the growth and delivery of the global D&I agenda. The role will work with global and regional leaders, committees and business services teams as needed to execute on their responsibilities. The post holder will also have responsibility for providing supervisory support to the Americas Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and the Diversity Coordinator. Duties and Accountabilities Ensure strategic alignment of all Firm-wide and regional diversity programmes programmes to the Firm's business and diversity agendas. Working in collaboration with the Learning team, identify gaps in current programming, and propose best practice solutions. Make operational decisions to enable the effective delivery of key programmes. Build the profile and reach of the Global and Regional Diversity Committees, embedding the Diversity Value Proposition into the work of each committee and influencing aligned action both globally and at a local level. Be a trusted advisor to the Global Diversity Committee taskforces, providing external insights and best practices to enable them to execute against their agreed objectives. Support Regional Section Heads in the Americas, and globally as needed, to create and execute on their diversity action plans. Partner with People Advisory to understand key risks and opportunities within the talent pipelines of each of the Americas Regional Sections. Work closely with the Business Intelligence team and HRIS to generate insights that support effective monitoring and tracking of progress, identification of risks and opportunities, and key focus areas. Oversee all D&I related activities in the Americas region, and globally as needed, supervising and upskilling team members to ensure seamless and impactful delivery. Consult with the US Affinity and Women's Networks to enhance their profile and elevate their impact. Empower the Networks to identify and act on meaningful opportunities which build the Firm's diversity brand both internally and externally. Manage key external memberships to develop mutually beneficial relationships which maintain or further develop our position as a thought leader in diversity for our clients.
