The Department

Dentons Innovation is charged with differentiating Dentons as a leader in the global innovation space by aligning innovation investments, accelerating innovation ROI, and delivering high value client-facing solutions across the world's largest law firm.
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking to strengthen our Dentons Innovation team with the appointment of an Innovation Coordinator. Based in either London / Poland / Indianapolis / Washington DC, your primary responsibilities will be

* Assisting the team in coordinating and project managing the development and implementation of solutions to drive client experience enhancements within the firm
* Organizing and facilitating meetings / workshops, internally and with clients, across multiple jurisdictions
* Assisting in identifying potential new business opportunities with internal and external stakeholders and designing solutions to service them
* Assisting and coordinating work with clients, IT and vendors to integrate tools to deliver seamless solutions and service delivery
* Building reports and monitoring metrics to evaluate project successes
* Assisting with the development of training materials for internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with preparing internal and external Dentons Innovation communications and marketing
* Legal qualifications, or experience working in a practice management role
* Experience working within a law firm or in-house environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and multiple stakeholders
* Experience working in cross-cultural environments
* Experience working in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment
* Understanding and appreciation of the law firm environment and the business of law
* Understanding the relationship between people, process and technology as it relates to solution development
* Be a creative problem solver
* Tech savvy with experience working on platforms such as the Microsoft suite, etc.
* Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task, particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Great time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
* Experience or understanding of various legal tech applications and O365 applications (e.g. Sharepoint web pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc) is preferred, but not essential
* Business international level of English written and oral
