Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Description:

The in-house Creative team designs high-production value content assets supporting demand gen and campaign needs across the buyer's journey. This is done by working collaboratively within the creative team and with marketing stakeholders in our business units, including content strategist, product marketers, demand generation and campaign strategists. Our in-house marketing punctuates and elevates design through engaging messaging, photography, digital, user experience, print, video, environmental and analytics.

The Graphic Designer/Programmatic Role:

As a member of the Creative team, you will be a self-motivated designer and strategic thinker who can operate in ambiguity on multiple projects. In the Graphic Designer/Programmatic role, you will need to demonstrate excellent graphic design skills with technical expertise. You will also work closely with and take direction from team leaders, designers, marketers, and management. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role and great opportunity for anyone who is looking to innovate, design and create revenue-generating materials. Opportunity for contractor to hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging programmatic advertising, including display (static and animated), as well as native and social
  • Design digital assets for our social channels (both paid and organic)
  • Ideate, brainstorm, and execute a range of design and techniques - and use analytics to measure success - and pivot where needed
  • Absorb creative direction while bringing unique ideas to the table
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to creative ideation and problem solving

Experience and Competencies:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of in-house B2B design experience in similar industry - or agency work required
  • Proven experience creating HTML Display ads for various ad networks, with strong experience working in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, and Jquery
  • Well-versed in use of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with NewsCred (or similar) content management system is a plus, as is experience with Ceros (or another interactive platform)
  • Proven experience with UX/UI testing as well as knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment while producing high-quality results
  • Able to shift gears on projects
  • Willing to both aid team members to balance workloads and handle multiple projects at a time
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a meticulous attention to details.
