MedStar Health is seeking experienced Contract Recruiters and Recruiters who can support healthcare; nursing, allied health, corporate shared services, and hospitality/service industry while creating exceptional candidate experiences, build great hiring manager relationships, and impact patient care with every hire.# MedStar Health recruiters serve as key members of the Talent Acquisition team, hiring for roles across multiple divisions and locations in the Maryland and Washington, DC markets.# Participating in intake meetings with internal clients and other client/candidate meetings as appropriate. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the broader business need and detailed target candidate profile for each requisition. Develop and execute sourcing strategies. This includes identifying company targets and generating candidate names. Conducting candidate outreach and assessment as directed. Document candidate profiles in ATS as appropriate and develop search queries to build the pipeline of available talent aligned with the recruitment strategy. Leveraging recruitment resources including ATS, search engines, CRM, social media and targeted events to identify and pursue target candidates and sources. Developing creative approaches and solutions to expand the candidate pool and successfully filling tough to fill requisitions. Provide hiring leaders with ongoing status reports for open searches. Managing the candidate experience for assigned requisitions. Track industry developments understand talent markets and work on special projects as assigned. Examples include: Developing talent pipelines for recurring/on-going needs. Mapping key talent at best-in-class target companies for priority competencies. Elite negotiation skills, awareness, and experience in closing the candidates on hourly rate, or annual salary or percentage basis as applicable. Establish rapport and level of trust with identified candidates throughout the screening, submittal, negotiation, referencing and placement process. Ability and desire to work as a self-driven requisition portfolio owner. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have: A minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and engaging in offer strategy discussions with leaders to build hire ready talent pools. Extensive experience with sourcing techniques and tools, developing creative candidate outreach strategies, and an understanding of recruitment technology. Exceptional organization, time management and prioritization skills to flourish in a remote, #Connected to Work# environment. Bachelor#s degree in Human Resources or other related fields. Ability to quickly grasp and understand business talent pool Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
