Workforce Modeling Analyst - Fannie Mae, Washington, DC

Extract, analyze, and organize workforce data aligned to the workforce planning methodology and model, support the development and management of HR Reports Library, and create and deliver custom and ad hoc reports using people and places data. Consult with business stakeholders and gather business requirements to design, develop, and deliver interactive data visualizations or reports using business intelligence tools. Utilize various business intelligence tools to manipulate and manage data, and create scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Conduct other data mining, data consulting, and descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics as required.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics, and two years of experience analyzing complex datasets using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, Oracle Business Intelligence (including OAC, OBIA, OBIEE, OTBI), Alteryx, MS Power BI, ANSI SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Employer will accept Bachelor's in Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics, and five years of experience analyzing complex datasets using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, Oracle Business Intelligence (including OAC, OBIA, OBIEE, OTBI), Alteryx, MS Power BI, ANSI SQL and PL/SQL"
