As a valued contributor to our team, you will design, produce, test, or implement software, technology, or processes across multiple projects, programs, or products, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

The Support and Tools - Software Engineering - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

  • Determine the needs of the customer groups across multiple projects, programs, or products while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
  • Design and develop software solutions to meet needs and may also lead matrixed teams.
  • Apply extensive expertise in process-driven approach in designing solutions.
  • Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.
  • Oversee the maintenance of existing software.
  • Able to see Enterprise/portfolio needs for Test Engineering capabilities and formulate strategies to address the needs by conducting market research, comparative analysis to shortlist the products or built inhouse.
  • Enable shift-left Testing, increased feature velocity and continuous improvement by leveraging skills and experience in Amazon Web Services, Monitoring (APM & Log Analytics) and Test automation Tools.
  • Own and manage execution of Test engineering projects. Manage timely resolution of the most critical and/or complex issues pertaining to Test Engg Tools/platforms.
  • Serve as a champion of Observability, service availability, Resiliency, automation, and capacity management.
  • Coach and train individuals/stakeholders on Test Engineering capabilities, Tools & Platforms across the Business portfolios.
Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 6 years
  • Experience leading Test Engineering Transformation team, including giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Experience with Monitoring & Test automation Tools.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
  • Research, innovate, pilot with teams, rollout and adoption of enterprise level solutions/frameworks.
  • Experience in Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Hands on experience in the following Languages/Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Test automation using LoadRunner, Selenium, JMeter and/or Gatling.
  • Create standard work, best practices and Test Engg frameworks to promote ease, consistency and scale.
