As the Human Resources Assistant with this think tank, you will play an important role in providing high level support to the HR team. About the Job:

  • Assist with all aspects of the human resources program, including benefits, talent management, recruiting, and training.
  • Prepare candidate, employee, and salary reports for distribution.
  • Manage employee information in electronic systems and planning of special events such as employee recognition events and holiday parties.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, interviews, and talent searches.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have a bachelor's degree and up to two years of business or human resources experience.
  • Detail-oriented. You have excellent problem-solving skills and work well in adeadline-driven environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Tech savvy. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with iCIMS, ADP, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Dynamic. You can juggle a variety of demanding responsibilities throughout the day and understand how to prioritize these demands.
