Here at Aerobodies, the Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resource practices and objectives driving a team-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing integrity, leadership, empathy, and service of others. Serving as a business team leader, the Human Resources Manager supports mangers and associates at all locations. Key objectives include recruitment and retention of a high-performing team, adherence to business processes, mentoring and development of others with a focus on compliance and business metrics that support growth and overall business success. As the Human Resources Manager, you will work together with senior management and leadership to ensure that our team and projects are operationally set up for success.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent education and experience
- 4+ years of broad-based Human Resource experience in the federal government contracting and commercial sector with a proven track record of success
- HRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Effectively use Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Google Drive at an intermediate skill level
- Effective use HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity, at an intermediate skill level
- While this position can be a remote/home-based position, the ability to travel - 25% of the time as needed to headquarter or a team-client site - is critical to the as success of the role and implementation of business-critical initiatives
- Strong focus on metrics and analytics
- Keen interest in empowering team members through culture engagement and experience activities
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Demonstrate strong focus on integrity and confidentiality
- Maintain high degree of organization and accuracy
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide direct HR support for the corporate office team
- Develop and manage relationships with team members at corporate and client locations in support of positive associate relations, performance management, providing mentoring and development as needed.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, Service Contract Act, Wage and Labor Compliance ACA, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform payroll operations including review and approval and timesheets, time logs, payroll processing and auditing.
- Balance and prioritize operational and HR needs while driving company initiatives and programs.
- Support benefit administration through management of Open Enrollment, and benefit audits.
- Support recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, selection, performance/reference background checks and hiring.
- Provide oversight and support for hybrid work programs and strategies.
- Consult with leadership to develop solutions to business challenges.
- Oversee HR-related administrative duties to ensure compliance with all legal and government reporting requirements.
- Support DE&I initiatives by promoting and facilitating associate engagement.
- Provide effective performance management guidance through coaching, counseling, career development, and support of electronic performance management tracking.
- Build strategies for proactive employee relations to ensure healthy relations with all employees; manage escalated issues.
- Drive company culture through activities and programs across the organization.
