Invoicing Purchasing Assistant
Job Description:
The position provides clerical and administrative support to others in the office with basic knowledge in accounting principles. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Placing purchases orders and invoice processing, work with Excel spreadsheets and calculations, maintain database of products and pricing schedules, logistics coordination, manage high volume emails, capable of working with deadlines and support others in special projects.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelors or Associates degree
Fluent bilingual skills Spanish and English
Excellent knowledge of the Purchasing and Invoicing Cycle.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferable in Purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Must be proficient in Outlook.
Computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, Peachtree .
