All Belong Here.At Medallia, we hire the whole person.The RoleMedalliais seeking an enthusiastic Senior Business Process Analyst to join the People and Culture team who is passionate aboutoptimizing HR processes and infrastructure. This critical project lead will have the unique opportunity to create the foundation of the HR business processes from end to end. This role will also organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams. This position requires strong communication, data analysis, and attention to detail skills.This is a 6-month contract role and can be remote-friendly in the US. Responsibilities Drive business transformation initiatives focused on improving the candidate, employee and hiring manager experience.Work with Business Partners and Stakeholders to gain full understanding of business processes and practices; streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing support to change management.Document current state processes, help define future state processes and data flows and perform gap and impact analysis to support digitalization and transformation initiatives.Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users; outlining impact and opportunities and recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Contribute to the definition of user acceptance test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance testing during sprints and release preparation when necessary.Support Change Management team members in the creation and delivery of training and communications plans.Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience with HR processes and applications including WorkdayDemonstrated knowledge and experience with business process flowchart applications, such as LucidCharts or similarLean/Six Sigma Green Belt CertificationPreferred Qualifications Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet At Medallia, we celebrate diversity and recognize the value it brings to our customers and employees.
