Responsibilities
The Marketing and Communications - Instructional Design - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities
As a valued colleague within the Single-Family Marketing team, you will create learning experiences across several modalities that prepare our consumers to be more informed about the home buying and mortgage process and also help our partners better utilize our platform, policies and tools. You'll be responsible for developing courses, materials, guides, and other training content that will empower learners in new ways. You'll help learners acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to ensure sustainable access to homeownership and advance our mission to facilitate equitable access.

Minimum Required Experience
- 2 years
- 4 years experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field
- The group of skills related to Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
- Design and develop engaging and informative consumer learning solutions. Conduct content and learner analysis to translate opportunities into learning and skill-building solutions.
- Build relationships with cross-functional business partners to review and identify learning needs and understand impact.
- Determine the criteria used to measure learning results, understand learner's performance and develop assessment methods.
- Maintain training content for existing programs to ensure it meets evolving needs. Continuously work to improve training content and processes.
- The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
- Experience running, monitoring, and updating LMS
- Experience with digital marketing teams and/or financial services.
- Proven experience in instructional design and with instructional technologies.
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Demonstrated proficiency with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360; Articulate Storyline; Adobe Captivate; Vyond or Lectora.
- Video/audio editing software experience.
- Proven ability to manage individual workload with minimal oversight, multiple stakeholders and shifting business priorities.
- Ability to create realistic objectives, engaging learning activities, and compelling courses to enhance knowledge retention.
- Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
