Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant

Work you'll do
Creoal is looking for thought leaders like yourself to help pave the way for our clients and Oracle Cloud solutions. For our clients, our Oracle ERP Cloud Consultants reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.
• Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
• Lead/support full lifecycle projects including configurations, functional design and processes for extensions, reports, conversions and interfaces, testing, user training and post go-live support.

Qualifications
Required:

• Architect - A minimum of 15 years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations; a minimum of 2+ Oracle Cloud Certification
• Senior Business Analyst (Sr. Functional) - A minimum of 8 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations; a minimum of 1+ Oracle Cloud Certification(s)
• Business Analyst (Mid Functional) - A minimum of 3 years of related experience, including a minimum of 1-2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations or a minimum of 8 years of Oracle EBS or related business experience.
• Associate (Junior Functional) - A minimum of 2 year of related experience and/or a bachelor's degree in IT, accounting, finance, supply chain management, logistics, etc.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience including: Assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, CEMLI/RICEw functional design, testing, client user training and post go-live production support. Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
• Have a bachelor's degree or higher in the area of specialization.

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead/collaborate with client management and project team members.

Preferred:

• Experience in software implementations, or Financials or Supply Chain process consulting experience.
  Consulting or Business Analyst experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) and/or SmartView
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
• Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization.

Travel: Ability to travel for client projects and/or work-related travel (average 50% - but could be 100% for specific projects or during project activities.)
