Our client is searching for a talented Senior SAP Business Analyst - Warehousing and Logistics Execution. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst - Warehousing and Logistics Execution will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our clients global SAP application. The successful candidate will work directly with business customers and will be involved in capturing business requirements, solution design and implementation. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst - Warehousing and Logistics Execution, will collaborate with the development team and other functional team members to provide comprehensive cross functional solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
- This position will provide support for the Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE) areas relative to the SAP application solution. As functional requests or enhancements arise, this individual will be responsible for understanding the business need and translating that need into an appropriate resolution approach that fulfills the request and aligns with the company's strategic direction for growth.
- The SAP Business Analyst will follow the development lifecycle around the SAP environment from defining requirements with business representatives, design, configuration, functional specification development and testing of required objects, to final production migration.
- Conduct presentations to client audiences and professional peers and communicating with colleagues, management, and business team members on requirements, problems, project status, and issues.
- Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and their application to the business.
- Assist with the creation, development and implementation of IT processes and procedures.
- Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and the Company's policies and procedures.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of six (6) years working experience in various business areas; or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system); Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to document project and implementation methodology deliverables.
What You Offer
- Must have eight (8) years of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE) configuration experience.
- Must have complete at least three (3) warehouse level WM project implementation cycles.
- Must have a good understanding of warehousing and logistics execution business processes.
- Thorough understanding of WM/LE related master data definitions and master data mapping rules relative to customers/vendors (and applicable partner functions), foreign trade data and output determination.
- Detailed Distribution experience with Logistics Execution (Delivery Creation, Picking, Packing, Shipments, Post Goods Issue), Return Delivery Processing, Route Determination, Foreign Trade Processes, 3rd Party Shipping Systems including but not limited to UPS and FedEx.
- Experience with shipping management systems like ShipERP or SCT is highly desirable.
- Thorough understanding of WM related master data definitions and master data mapping rules relative to Storage Bins, Production Supply Areas, Control Cycles and Output Determination
- Detailed WM experience with Warehouse Configuration and Processes including Storage Types, Picking and Put-away Strategies, Cycle Counting, Movement Types, Transfer Requirements, Transfer Orders, RF interfaces, Production Supply, Inbound and Outbound Processing
- Experience in an international multi-company code, multi-currency environment and dealing with intercompany transfers of goods and month-end closing information.
- Data conversion using SAP Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) or similar applications.
- Experience with EDI messages related to interacting with 3PL providers.
- Must be able to function in a deadline driven environment.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage several projects at one time while providing high attention to details and excellent follow-through skills.
- Must possess high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.

- Regular shop assembly/distribution center environment (no air conditioning).
- May require regular ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area
- Must be available for long, varied work hours at times.
- Long-distance or air travel as needed - not to exceed 25% travel.
