  • Project Description:

We are currently searching for a project coordinator to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. Project coordinator will support to drive existing and upcoming projects from a business perspective. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives and business strategies. As a natural born leader, the candidate will have a strong talent for project management and delegation, ultimately motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture projects success from inception to completion. Position primarily requires to be on-site at Customer's office (Plano, TX)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and update project plans using waterfall and agile methodologies • Plan and co-ordinate project tasks and work plan • Create / maintain communication plan for project stakeholders • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders • Create project summary and overview presentations • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Report and escalate to management as needed • Launch experience desirable
  • Mandatory Skills Description:
    • Automotive experience
    • 5 years' experience in project coordination (waterfall and/or agile)
    • 2 years of experience in SW development projects
    • Hands-on proven experience of managing projects
    • Degree in Computer Science, project management or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
    • Experience of working with cross-functional, distributed and international teams
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Project Management or Product Owner certification
    • Launch experience desirable
    • JIRA and Confluence is a plus
    • Japanese language
