Responsibilities
As an advocate for the teachers and students who use our products and those who write them, your areas of responsibility include:
- Develop knowledge of PhD Science content, style guides, and workflows
- Transfer content for PhD Science from static format into a web-based platform
- Conduct quality control review using PhD Science style guides
- Assist project managers and content teams to deliver content according to business milestones.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures
- Track errors and communicate update progress of work in process
- Assist in preparing routine inspections and quality tests to support releases
- Build relationships with departments and teams across the organization including Science, Production Services, Operations, and IT.
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Experience/interest in science education
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. For residents of the State of Colorado the expected salary range for this position is $38,436.78-$43,890.00. This range may vary above and below the expected amounts in the State of Colorado. In addition to the Company's benefit offerings, the position may be eligible for additional annual incentives at the Company's discretion. Any offered salary and other incentives are based on market data, applicant skills and relevant experience, degrees, certifications and internal equity considerations.
