One in 2 U.S. households have received mail generated through Lob's platform.
Lob is looking for a RevOps Analyst to help drive our next chapter of growth. Reporting to our Sr. RevOps Manager, you will serve as an early member of our new RevOps team that drives our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations, develops best-in-class processes and workflows, manages day-to-day revenue initiatives, and architects the revenue data management.
We offer remote working opportunities in AZ, CA, DC, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA. You can also work onsite at our San Francisco headquarters.
As the RevOps Analyst, you'll...
- Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
- Build scalable and sustainable data models and reporting in Looker, Salesforce, and Gsheets to provide real-time insights and the analytics foundation for the GTM organization
- Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity and reliability
- Refine, manage, and scale key weekly and quarterly models and reports
- Collaborate with sales, finance, revenue operations, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to assist in execution of strategic operational projects to increase productivity, operational efficiency, and customer retention
What You Will Bring To This Role...
- 2+ years of experience working in operations, analytics, or a similar role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with a desire and aptitude to learn Looker and Salesforce
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and optimization mindset
- Familiarity with statistical methods and modeling
- Understanding tradeoffs, thinking critically and suggesting improvements.
- Taking accountability for contributing to the achievements of the team.
