Job description

As the first contact with all visitors and customers entering BAE Systems, 1201 M Street, the Security Representative should possess strong customer service skills, and be able to interact with all levels of personnel and management, as well as high ranking Military officials. This individual should display a professional and positive attitude and appearance at all times, as their interaction with employees and visitors occurs both in person, as well as via telephone. The Security Representative will operate as an extension of the FSO and AFSO for 1201 M Street and administer security guidelines per their direction. Other responsibilities of the job include visitor control, badging and briefings/debriefings shall also apply.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

HS Diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain a security clearance (Secret at minimum)
Proficient with MS Suite Products
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Ability to work independent & in a team environment
Ability to adjust and troubleshoot as issues arise and keep FSO informed

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

DISS/JPAS/SIMS experience and/or knowledge
Experience working in an environment with sensitive information (including PII)
