Job description

WWC Global is seeking Senior Advisors to support a potential contract with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agencys Background Investigations Directorate (DCSA BI).

Responsibilities for the Senior Advisors may include (but are not limited to):

* Applying DoD knowledge and experience to inform and draft talking points for Senior Leaders in preparation for internal and external meetings
* Collecting, drafting, coordinating, updating, and providing talking points for Senior Leadership Conferences (NCMS), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA)/ Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), PSC, Legislative Briefings and Hearings)
* Providing strategic and management consulting in support of an agencys mission oriented business functions
* Providing strategic and management consulting on mission oriented business functions
* Providing consultation on Government and industry vetting related environmental conditions to inform mission and workforce strategic initiatives
* Supporting the gathering of information and provide technical consultation to Government leads for unified responses to Government Accountability Office (GAO) Audits/Reports, NDAA orders, and organizational directives, policies, plans, and processes
* Developing a working relationship with external Government officials to facilitate transparency, open dialog, and exchanges of mission related information
* Liaising with appropriate parties and attend meetings to share policy priorities
* Attending meetings, seminars and forums; and staying abreast of internal and external articles and publications of interest to keep informed of changing trends or legislative initiatives and report significant information to the team
* Tracking and analyzing legislation, regulations, or policy proposals relevant to the organization
* Identifying and linking information for understanding and problem solving concerning Government affairs including political intelligence, substantive policy issues, and legislative and regulatory processes
* Keeping leadership updated of ongoing legislative efforts, upcoming events, status of priorities, and other information that affects organizational goals
* Researching environmental influences to support consultative responses, working groups, transformation studies, decision briefs, white papers, research reports and organizational studies
* Coordinating and integrating mission management improvement and cross functional transformation projects
* Coordinating across the Directorate to collect, analyze, and select activities for inclusion into the Weekly Activity Report (WAR)
* Travel may be required

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

* Master's Degree.
* Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
* Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
* A minimum of Seven (7) years of experience advising/consulting senior leaders and developing and executing management strategies for Federal Government (preferred DoD organizations).
* Direct experience developing and executing strategies; providing expert guidance to senior level managers; facilitating working groups; and tracking and reporting the effect of change strategies.
* Direct experience researching and analyzing data, reports, policies to inform implementation strategies; writing and editing reports, plans, talking points, internal and external correspondence, and other documents related to change management efforts.
* This position supports a U.S. Government contract; per the Executive Order 14042 issued on September 9, 2021, personnel must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to fill this role.
* Availability Required: December 2021.

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree (preferred in Political Science, Foreign Affairs, Organizational Management, Communications, Law, or relevant field).
