Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day client service to include the following:
- Helping clients coordinate during major incidents, with partners across different stakeholder groups, including industry, federal agencies, and international partners;
- Strengthening and enhancing relationships with clients and partners;
- Developing and implementing novel cybersecurity initiatives and efforts;
- Support Customer Relationship Management solutions, to include management and process development;
- Developing innovative coordination and communication methods within the client's agency, to ensure unified messaging, appropriate use of resources, and clarity of outreach methods;
- Developing a communication and brand campaign to message client's mission;
- Planning and executing major events, conferences, and meetings;
- Developing SOPs for various event management and communication related functions;
- Developing plans for engaging with and communicating with stakeholders;
- Helping clients maintain partnerships by coordinating logistics and managing content development for high-profile engagements;
- Engaging with clients to identify organizational challenges, recommend solutions, and manage expectations in a proactive manner; and
- Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement.
- Articulating Guidehouse's value propositions and contributing to proposals and whitepapers; and
- Researching and tracking opportunities.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required to be considered for this role:
Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT TS/SCI clearance
- Experience supporting government/federal clients, preferrably in a consulting manner
- At least 3-5 years of project/program management expertise
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and associated capabilities;
- Experience in cyber policy planning;
- Experience with interagency parternships;
- Experience with MS Office Suite;
- Experience developing governance plans and workflow processes;
- Experience in the developmet of project-related artifacts such as charter, schedules, MOUs, agreements, SOPS, and status updates;
- A mindset focused on client needs and a customer-centric attitude; and
- Experience collaborating and working in a team environment.
