As a valued colleague on our Digital Marketing team, you will contribute to planning and implementing all aspects of content marketing in the consumer journey, as well as drive brand and business value with great digital experience design and content.

Responsibilities
The Senior Email Marketing Specialist role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities
- Create and Deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaigns - work with Marketing Strategists to build email assets and landing pages; QA campaigns and usher them through translations to ensure the timely launch of new email campaigns across the team.
- Maintain Email Campaign Health - build and monitor reports across active email campaigns to ensure they're functioning properly and deep-dive into issues affecting program health and deliverability.
- Establish Email Best Practices and Drive Consistency - oversee all email programs and work to drive best practices and consistency within the team; additionally, serve as the liaison with the wider Marketing Technology Team to ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team, the Email Marketing Team, and other internal stakeholders to create customer obsessed experiences for Fannie Mae customers.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 2 years related experience
- Proven experience using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (strongly preferred), Exact Target, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo required
- Experience planning and executing effective B2B/B2C email marketing campaigns
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to have productive and engaging relationships with marketing strategists.
- Ability to leverage data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning, execution, and evaluation
- Strong analytical, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects
- Skilled in Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior knowledge and experience with marketing programs and concepts. financial services industry experience is a plus
- Ability to present ideas and influence and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders
- Skilled in HTML, web design, graphic design a plus
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Experience using Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud for campaign creation and management
