Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking
  • Source applicants through cold calling, social media, careers pages, and online job boards
  • Keep detailed records of all interviews, evaluations, resumes, and assignments
  • Build pipelines for accommodating high-potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with manager
  • Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop relationships and partners with and maintains ongoing communication with hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed
  • Willing to work hard and go the extra mile in order to meet assigned goals with a positive attitude
  • Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives
  • Deliver the good news! - extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates


Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Passion for people and relationship building
  • Knowledge of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring active and passive candidates, or other related fields using job boards, referral sources, interviewing, and full-cycle recruiting
  • Must possess excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Extremely organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Displays humility and is able to seek feedback from others to improve
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Upbeat and a positive attitude
