Job description
Varsity Tutors is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and assist in full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions in design, software engineering, data science, product, marketing, legal, and more. The Senior Recruiter will be a key partner with Hiring Managers and department leaders and will help develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire the best talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and provide expertise on how to effectively source high-quality candidates and how to incorporate interview best practices and structure into the process. This person will have extremely sound professional judgment and will be able to adapt to a variety of situations quickly. This is a fully remote position and can work from anywhere in the United States!

Qualifications
Completion of a BA degree
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers)
Experience executing full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, for highly competitive corporate positions (design, software engineering, data science, product, marketing, legal, etc)
Knowledge with systems and tools that support sourcing, application tracking systems, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration
Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high quality hires for the company
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through offer (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers)
Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team, and cross-functional internal teams
Champion and obsess over an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful communications
Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
Clear communication (written, verbal, meetings) with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
