Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions utilizing traditional and creative sourcing practices
  • Post positions, source and interview candidates using behavioral based interviewing methodologies and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and candidate resume databases to identify and recruit candidates
  • Work with external recruiting firms when necessary
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing with and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting
  • Conduct background check, reference checks on selected candidates
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches to ensure a safe and thorough audit
  • Meet with all hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the open position and department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline strongly preferred
  • 9+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the software development / financial services industry
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and assessment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Experience with Workday or other ATS
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
