Job description

Internal - SR. IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic Sr IT Recruiter candidate (8 plus years) to support Recruiting in full cycle recruitment as well as any administrative duties. We are an IT solutions provider with long standing relationships with our customers and known for the quality candidates we provide. The ideal candidate will be someone who can deliver results and adhere to the level of quality we have provided throughout our history.

Responsibilities include:

  • Under the direction of the Director of Operations, assist in reviewing applications for qualified candidates and scheduling those candidates for interviews
  • Working closely with the Account Manager to present and track candidates.
  • Enter candidates into the Applicant Tracker System, and maintain applications on file
  • Manage staffing Agenda and reports
  • Assist with records keeping
  • Assist in onboarding new hires
  • Perform other special projects related to company growth

Skills required:

  • Have recruiting experience with Applications candidates with familiarity of: SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Enterprise Apps such as SAP, JDE, Workday, relational data bases i.e. Oracle and SQL. Programing and development candidates i.e. Java, Phyton, HTML, .NET as well as Application Project management.
  • Have recruiting experience with Infrastructure candidates with familiarity with Networking, Routers, Firewalls, Cybersecurity, Compute Iron systems, Server operating systems Windows/Linux Storage solutions, Cloud Solutions such as AWS or Azure, Virtualization, and Thin client technology, as well as Infrastructure Project Management.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
  • Ability to communicate well with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Zoom, Teams, Outlook, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiting and other recruiting tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems i.e. Send outs big biller, preferred MS Dynamics which will be used going forward and training will be provided.
