If you have LATAM experience and experience penetrating the US market, come join our team as a Sales Account executive. In this key role, you'll maintain and expand relationships with strategically large customers in addition to creating new business partnerships. You'll be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. You will represent the entire range of company solutions and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring the achievement of assigned customers' needs and the company's expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Maintains funnel accuracy.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities: The Business Account Executive position will not include any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in Vertical Market Penetration
  • A hunter mentality, a willingness to succeed, and have a strong desire to sell and promote the business.
  • Knowledge in positioning effectively the following solutions: UCAAS, MPLS, Internet Services, Application Priority Management, Dedicated Internet Access, Network Function Verification, Virtual Private Network, Cloud, etc.) for the specific vertical markets.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle process: Prospecting, Cold calling, setting meetings, follow up, closing, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • 8+ Years of Sales (Account Executive) experience in the telecommunication industry or related industries and at the Enterprise level.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing and proofreading. Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents. Bilingual (English-Spanish) customers quickly.
