Talent Acquisition Manager

Dulles, VA

12 months plus possible extension or perm

Remote for the foreseeable future

A Lot About You
As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent, Diversity and Inclusion team acting as a catalyst for
finding top talent. Your knowledge around hiring and staffing programs will be helpful as you identify,
attract, and close this top talent. You are both driven and collaborative, with a proven track record of
success in corporate and/or agency recruiting. To be successful in this role, you have a keen ability
to foster strong relationships with your hiring managers in order to identify the right candidate. Your
consultative approach will serve you well in this position, enabling you to work proactively with your
clients to present the most qualified candidates and drive the process to a successful hire. Your
impeccable organizational ability will make it easy for you to process candidate data and flawlessly
execute high level priorities.
Your Day
Influence and partner with leaders in various functions (including but not limited to Finance,
Accounting, HR, Legal, Strategy and Sales) to build and execute hiring strategies

  • Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
  • Source and recruit candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search
    techniques
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications through Workday (ATS)
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and
    aptitudes
  • Post jobs through Workday, ensuring that the job description successfully matches the
    requirements and skills for the role
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral
    generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Partner with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams on key initiatives
  • Partner and build relationships with other COEs within the HR organization
  • Attend recruiting related events

Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of an applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
