Summary

The Recruiter will own the full life cycle recruitment process (posting, identifying, attracting, and assessing talent) The Recruiter needs to be driven, innovative, and customer-centric so they can engage top talent for a variety of roles within the organization.

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic person who naturally goes above and beyond. The candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. The role requires planning, organizing, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

Essential Functions

  • Communicate with candidates via e-mail on a variety of topics including compensation expectations, work authorization, interview coordination, etc
  • Efficiently schedule candidate interviews
  • Capture candidate intake details for a smooth onboarding process
  • Managing the full recruiting life cycle for all open positions both internally and externally
  • Building and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of qualified talent
  • Actively sourcing candidates from various job-boards, networks, websites, and social media platforms
  • Post job advertisement to multiple channels
  • Creating and maintaining job descriptions and updates
  • Monitoring and maintaining applicant and candidate files
  • Creating tracking and recruiting reports, including those necessary for immigration processes
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in full-lifecycle technical recruiting is preferred
  • Understanding technical recruiting and a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Social networking experience using various internet networking and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn is essential.
  • Experience with high-volume technical recruiting is valuable.
  • Exposure to work eligibility and H1-B visa issues is valuable
  • Knowledge of EEOC and other applicable labor laws.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. This position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage time, juggle multiple competing tasks and demands, establish priorities and meet deadlines
