Job Title

Technical Recruiter - Opportunity for a balance between onsite and remote.

Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter will source and pre-screen passive and active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases. The Technical Recruiter will maintain data integrity of the company's Applicant Tracking System and demonstrate the ability to understand technical concepts and interpret customer requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Job Functions:

  • Contact candidates, follow-up with candidates, and manage candidate pipeline.
  • Schedule interviews, brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
  • Maintain timely documentation of all conversations with candidates.
  • Assist in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
  • Present candidates to management team applying high quality standards.
  • Post job descriptions on job boards and tracking posting status and results.
  • Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for current and upcoming contracts/proposals.
  • Format resumes to be submitted to Account Manager and upcoming proposals.
  • Track all recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and record all candidates and requisitions.
  • Maintain and create long term relationships with candidates, outside recruiters, colleges /universities, and other job placement agencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
  • Comfortable interacting with highly technical candidates and senior leadership.
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of or ability to understand technical terminology and concepts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and professional demeanor is a MUST.
  • Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi task.
  • Ability to work as a contributing member in a team environment.
