Job description

Our client is looking to hire a Workday HCM Functional Consultant who has 5 + years' experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent and Recruiting modules. This is not a technical consulting role.
Some of your tasks / responsibilities include:
· Responsible for integrity of employee and organizational information within the Workday HCM ecosystem.
· Provide administrative support to Workday HCM, Talent , Performance , Recruiting , Advance Compensation functions , Prism Analytics and M&A Experience.
· Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures, along with employee and user resource guides.
· Perform data audits, analyze data proactively and on request in support of HR initiatives.
· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Global/Regional Operation Teams and key stakeholders for Workday HCM, Talent , Performance , Recruiting and Advance Compensation.
· Troubleshoot and research Workday solutions in Workday Community.
· Supporting semi-annual Workday release project activities and weekly updates related to Core HCM, Compensation ,Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
· Perform EIB load during M&A.
Minimum requirements include:
  • Preference given to candidates who have worked with Workday solutions partners.
  • 5 + years' Experience with Workday HCM, Compensation , Talent and Recruiting.
  • Workday HCM Certification is Plus.
The position is WFH (Eastern Time zone). This is a consulting assignment running through April 30, 2022, with extensions likely. Compensation is DOE.
