As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;
- Learn how to work within a corporate environment
- Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
- Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
- Build a network of your peers from across the organization
*This position is for a June 27, 2022 start.
About The Team
The FIS Credit Union Division is a team of fast-paced, motivated industry experts that are dedicated to the success of the Credit Union movement. FIS is dedicated to creating best-in-class credit union and member experiences through a direct, trusted partnership that delivers shared success. FIS has been serving credit unions for 40 years. Today, we are actively working with over 4,000 credit unions. We offer integrated and modernized payments and core platforms for the digital economy now and in the future. Almost 70 percent of the credit union industry relies on us.
What You Will Be Doing
You will use your education and experience to do the following:
- Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to company leaders
- Work with client leaders on the Credit Union Advisory Board and Advisory Council, and assist with the facilitation of meetings
- Conduct and facilitate external Credit Union surveys using corporate tools and processes
- Analyze data and develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations
- Assist with identification and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Perform special projects upon request
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree from job discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
