The HR Generalist will help run payroll, must have HR and payroll knowledge, must have ADP WFN, must speak Spanish. 3+ years of experience. Must have:
- high administrative skillset (employee inquiries, benefits, mail, payroll, invoicing reconciliations, reporting, etc.)
- energy, drive, a "go-getter" with the initiative to take action without being constantly told what to do from A-Z.
Job Summary: Perform various Human Resources duties in areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, processing payroll, running reports and any other special projects. Provide guidance on Human Resource operational and compliance issues. Point of contact for employees and assists to answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Requires a high-level skill set and self-discipline. Conducts work assignments under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Payroll, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits
o Accurate processing and recording of company's payroll via ADP, to provide timely and accurate financial information; participate in daily data entry. Multi Jurisdiction.
o Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Keeps appropriate records and documentation to support all payroll activities.
o Timely responses and processing of support orders, garnishments, liens, etc.
o Runs basic and standardized HR/Payroll Reports on request.
o Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.
o Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific personnel questions.
o Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
o Participates in HR projects such as the annual open enrollment period or holiday events.
? Compliance
o Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
o Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
o Participates and collaborates with team to assist in external and internal audits, providing support and documentation.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
? HR Expertise: employee relations, benefits, compliance, basic HRIS systems.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
? Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
? Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
? Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Language Skills: Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Mathematical Skills: Must possess excellent mathematical skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense and understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete
variables in standardized situations. Proven history of using good judgment.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite, ADP WFN Expertise
