We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Real Estate Specialist

Responsibilities

The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company's real estate portfolio by managing the work flow of lease and other property related agreements and providing project management assistance related to facilities renovations and relocations. The Real Estate Specialist provides assistance to the entire Real Estate team to ensure efficient operation of the portfolio and related projects.

* Assist with monitoring critical lease dates, notifying the appropriate business units, and following-up with related information
* Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of portfolio rents and resolve any discrepancies
* Assist with overall management of the Company's (third party) lease administration database
* Assist with reporting of lease data to various stakeholders (business unit leaders, legal and accounting)
* Interface with various stakeholders (business unit leaders, legal and accounting) to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner
* Interface with external brokers, landlords and property managers related to new and existing lease transactions
* Assist with onboarding of new office acquisitions to ensure alignment and integration with Company procedures and timely uploading of information to lease administration database
* Assist with processing project invoices and payments
* Assist with set up and processing of vendor/contractor agreements and related documentation (Notice of Commencement, Lien waivers, Certificate of Occupancy, etc.)
* Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in a related field (Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business or Finance preferred)
* Two or more years of related experience in real estate, property or facilities management, preferably in a corporate setting
* Property Management experience a plus
* Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
* Lease administration software a plus
