Senior HR Business Partner in Baldwin, Florida

Position Overview

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to a specific facility or region. You will be responsible for defining business requirements and developing and executing a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and organizational goals. You will work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business/functional groups. An HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and HR Operations Center.

  • Identify, develop and implement HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the facility or region.
  • Partnering with facility Operations leaders, serve as a trusted advisor on any people, organizational, or capability implications of our business strategy.
  • Coach and advise leaders on talent development and performance management.
  • Drive key HR initiatives including talent management, training, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews.
  • Work strategically and in partnership with the business to develop and implement focused workforce strategies ensuring alignment with both business and HR objectives.
  • Identify key business trends and work in partnership with HR cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs and policies to aid in achievement of organizational goals.
  • Play a critical role in embedding a talent management mindset and executing a talent agenda that aligns with critical business priorities.
  • Participate in the annual talent review process and partner with business leadership and COE's to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent review action plans.

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge: Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws & regulations

Years Of Experience

  • 5+: Human Resources experience (Employee Relations, HR Compliance and/or Business Partner) with proven results

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Business, Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources Management, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Other, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Other, Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
