The Northwestern Mutual Striano Financial advisory firm is seeking new Financial Advisors to join our growing practice. We have openings coming available starting in January. Strong applicants will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a history of personal success, and a demonstrated interest in business, finance, and entrepreneur-ism.
Financial Advisors provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement planning, insurance and investment services, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits. They strive to understand their clients' goals and dreams in order to develop comprehensive financial solutions that will help their clients reach financial success Financial Advisors are given the flexibility to build their own practice while receiving support from our firm's exceptional network of financial specialists, training and educational programs, and mentoring opportunities.
Financial Representatives are supported by training programs, mentoring, and unlimited access to resources to assist their clients. Representatives are also supported by a network of specialists who together provide guidance on:

- Investment & Advisory Services - Trust Services

Responsibilities:
- Offer a personalized approach to providing customized solutions tailored to each client's long term financial goals and objectives.
- Provide needs-based analysis to help ensure the client's needs are met at every life stage, managing financial risk and achieving financial security in the areas of life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities and investments.
- Create a referral based practice to build your clientele.

• Financial management, insurance, and financial services

• Candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Prior sales and/or business experience preferred
