Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Flow Cytometry Associate with a Biotech company in West Palm Beach. The right candidate will start within the next 6 weeks!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Director of Analytical Services
• Performs flow cytometry testing and analyses
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytic multicolor flow cytometry methods
• Prepare and maintain reagents, calibrate and maintain lab instrumentation, sample acquisition, and analyze data
• Troubleshoot sample acquisition
• Author, review, and/or revise GMP technical documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional members, serve as Subject Matter Expert, and present data to various levels of leadership
• Other duties as requested

You are an excellent fit if you meet the following qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in STEM related discipline
• Must have 2+ years of post-graduate multicolor flow cytometry experience
• Experience within cell and gene therapy or immuno-oncology, given preference
• Above average communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a collaborative, diverse, and deadline-driven environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
