Human Resources Coordinator Job in Boca Raton, FL

Our client is seeking a vibrant, detail oriented and self-motivated HR Coordinator with a sharp personality, thick skin and phenomenal communication skills. The Human Resources Coordinator will support an HR Manager and the main responsibilities will include recruiting for various roles, new hire onboarding and orientations, creation of SOP's, payroll and ad hoc projects. This is a great position for someone with a formal degree in business management/human resource/psychology that has at least two years of experience in an HR support role that is ready for their next challenge.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator Job include:

• Assist with employee administration

• Drive a successful recruiting and selection process

• Assist with special HR projects, events and communication

• Calendar management

• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field OR minimum of two years of recent, related experience

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
