USIG has been an authorized flooring provider for the nation's largest home improvement retailer for over thirty years. Based upon our continued success and growth across the continental U.S. USIG is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our Boca Raton, FL facility.

Job Description

• Administer HR policies and procedures
• Administer compensation and benefits
• Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
• Benchmark compensation and benefits
• Support annual salary review
• Implement and monitor performance management system
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes

Job Requirements

• 8 + years of payroll and benefits administration experience
• General human resources experience
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 8 years (Preferred)
