Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will lead the charge by:

- Analyzing, designing, documenting, and communicating Sales Operations business processes to ensure continuous alignment with management directives.
- Providing business oversight and status reporting on projects to ensure requirements and outcomes meet senior management's strategic objectives and goals.
- Monitoring business processes and systems that impact Sales Operations from a cross-functional (end-to-end) perspective, identifying issues and recommending changes to align them with short and long-term business strategies.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating ideas, projects, and opportunities to develop new products, technologies, and business models across business segments.
- Acting as a subject matter expert within the Sales Operations space, representing all functional areas that impact its operation.
- Collaboratively working with Information Technology and functional business groups as the Sales Operations liaison.

Do you meet these requirements?

- Ability to conduct senior management level reporting and handle data integration.
- Skilled in project management and problem solving to successfully implement new technologies. Able to drive a project from conception to completion, not just execute on an existing plan.
- Outstanding listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights, and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of diplomacy and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to customer service.
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and is self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated record of developing initiatives that make an impact.
